Seasonal Contract RN – Level 3/4 NICU (Nights)

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Level 3/4 NICU with a patient ratio of 3–4 patients per RN
- Operate and monitor specialized NICU equipment including Medfusion pumps, Alaris pumps, Giraffe isolettes, and GE monitors
- Document patient care accurately using CPN and Meditech EMR systems
- Collaborate with a primarily RN-staffed night shift team to ensure safe, high-quality neonatal care
- Adhere to strict unit guidelines including dress code and infection control policies (navy scrubs required; no nail polish or artificial nails)
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience
- Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers will be considered
- Friendly, outgoing, and compassionate bedside manner well-suited to a neonatal care environment
