Contract | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Varies)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
• Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns, implementing appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
• Adhere to facility holiday scheduling requirements, including working 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in NICU
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity NICU environment
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills specific to neonatal populations
