Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns, implementing appropriate interventions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
Adhere to facility holiday scheduling requirements, including working 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in NICU
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working in a high-acuity NICU environment
Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills specific to neonatal populations
