Provide direct patient care in a Level IV NICU environment, including assignment to a BPD (bronchopulmonary dysplasia) unit where average patient length of stay is extended; must be comfortable with frequent trach care and heavy parent/family involvement.
Float to other specialty units as needed, including PICU, CV PICU, stepdown, and medical/surgical; appropriate assignments will be provided based on competency.
Float to additional campuses as required; flexibility across multiple care sites is expected.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care across varied acuity levels.
Maintain active Ohio RN license in hand prior to start, along with current BLS and NRP certifications.
