Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Rotating Day/Night Shift | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts (36 hrs/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
• Work rotating day and night shifts, including a minimum of 48 hours of night shift per 4-week period
• Fulfill required weekend coverage, including a minimum of 48 hours of Saturday/Sunday time per 4-week period
• Maintain 24 hours of Friday shift coverage per 4-week period
• Rotate holiday coverage every other holiday throughout the contract period
• Flex to PICU or provide 1:1 patient observation as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts (0700–1930 and 1900–0730)
• Availability to meet all scheduling requirements including weekends and holidays as outlined

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a PICU setting or cross-trained in pediatric critical care
• Experience providing 1:1 patient observation or high-acuity individualized patient care
