Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Rotating Shift | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
- Work a day/night rotation schedule, including a minimum of 4 nights (48 hours) per 4-week period
- Fulfill required Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shift commitments within each 4-week scheduling period
- Observe every other holiday throughout the duration of the contract
- Potential float assignments to PICU or 1:1 patient observation as needed
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts (0700–1930 and 1900–0730)
- Flexibility to meet weekend and holiday scheduling requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) setting
- Comfort with 1:1 patient observation assignments
