    Job Title

    RN - NICU (Registered Nurse)

    Detroit, MI

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned NICU patients on a per-shift basis
    • Supervise clinical staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
    • Support nursing leadership in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered
    • Monitor and manage appropriate resources related to patient care at the unit level
    • Contribute to maintaining competency standards among clinical staff
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
    • Clinical experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting
    • Demonstrated ability to assess and manage care for neonatal patients
    • Ability to supervise and delegate to clinical support staff
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a high-acuity or Level III/IV NICU environment
    • Familiarity with resource management and unit-level operations
