Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned NICU patients on a per-shift basis
- Supervise clinical staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
- Support nursing leadership in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered
- Monitor and manage appropriate resources related to patient care at the unit level
- Contribute to maintaining competency standards among clinical staff
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Clinical experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting
- Demonstrated ability to assess and manage care for neonatal patients
- Ability to supervise and delegate to clinical support staff
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a high-acuity or Level III/IV NICU environment
- Familiarity with resource management and unit-level operations
