    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified NICU RN in Edmonds, Washington, 98026!

    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – NICU

    Location

    Edmonds, WA | Level II NICU

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide nursing care in a Level II NICU setting, caring for neonates 32 weeks gestational age or greater
    • Attend vaginal and cesarean deliveries, including high-risk deliveries
    • Operate and monitor respiratory support equipment including CPAP and BiPAP
    • Manage feeding tubes and syringe pumps as part of neonatal care
    • Float to sister facilities as needed; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment
    • Maintain compliance with unit requirements, including holiday coverage — must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be active and in hand at time of submission
    • Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience required
    • Current CLS (Clinical Laboratory Scientist) certification required
    • Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
    • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard travel candidate (locals accepted at a modified rate)
    • Former permanent employees of any affiliated health system facility must have been separated for a minimum of 3 months prior to eligibility
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience attending high-risk deliveries in a NICU or labor and delivery setting
    • Competency in mother-baby couplet care (travel nurses without this competency are not expected to perform it)
    • Experience floating between units or facilities in a travel or per-diem capacity
