Key Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned patient or group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines and departments
- Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
