We are seeking a Nurse Manager of Neonatal ICU to help lead an established acute care NICU team.
Opportunity Highlights

- Partner closely with department and nursing leadership
- Support nursing operations, quality improvement, staff development, and patient care
- Leadership opportunity within a large acute care environment
- Sign on bonus up to $20,000

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
- At least 2 years of NICU experience
- Recent acute care NICU leadership experience required
- At least 2 years of nursing management or Charge Nurse experience
- Active Texas RN license or eligible multistate compact license
