    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – NICU

    Location

    Issaquah, WA

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct nursing care in a Level II NICU setting for unstable newborns 32 weeks gestational age and greater
    • Attend all deliveries, including high-risk deliveries
    • Perform and manage breathing treatments, CPAP/BiPAP, chest tube setup and care, and procedure sedation including RSI
    • Manage PICC/central lines, syringe pumps, feeding tubes, drains, and cooling/warming blankets
    • Provide couplet care and transition nursery support
    • Float to Postpartum and Labor & Delivery units as needed to meet staffing requirements, including weekends
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum 1 year of Level II NICU experience required
    • Current BLS certification required
    • Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
    • Must not be a first-time travel nurse
    • 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with GYN surgeries and couplet care
    • Familiarity with Postpartum and Labor & Delivery workflows
