Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Full-Time | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to neonates in a Level III NICU setting
- Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns throughout night shifts
- Perform and maintain PICC line insertions and management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Level III NICU experience required
- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand)
- Current BLS certification
- Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- PICC line experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-acuity or academic medical center NICU environment
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills in fast-paced neonatal care settings
