Provide direct patient care in a NICU setting within a full-service acute care hospital
Cross-train and support OB unit coverage as needed to address staffing needs across departments
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a teaching hospital environment serving a regional patient population
May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility
Required Qualifications
Active RN license valid in the state of Washington (or compact eligibility)
Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
Candidates must be trained and experienced in both NICU and OB/Labor & Delivery to be considered
Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel placement
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working in a teaching hospital environment
Demonstrated ability to cross-train across NICU and OB units
Familiarity with floating protocols and adaptability in high-demand clinical settings
