Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 36–48 hours per week (3x12 or 4x12 shifts) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment
- Apply independent and supervisory discretion in clinical decision-making within the NICU setting
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor
- Epic EMR experience within the last 12 months
- Cerner EMR experience within the last 5 years
Preferred Experience / Skills- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
