Contract | Night Shift | Every Other Weekend | No Call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in an intensive care setting
• Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float to well baby nursery and transition areas as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a NICU setting
• Experience in well baby nursery or newborn transition care
• Ability to adapt quickly in a float capacity across related care areas
