Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend | No Call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in a high-acuity Intensive Care Unit setting
• Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns, implementing care plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to well baby nursery and transition nursery as needed
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring) certification
• Prior NICU nursing experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in well baby nursery and/or newborn transition care
• Ability to adapt quickly to float assignments within related neonatal care areas
