Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level III or Level IV NICU setting
• Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns, implementing appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with facility protocols
• Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical outcomes
• Adhere to all facility compliance, background check, and credentialing standards prior to and throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona, verified within the last 30 days with no disciplinary actions
• Minimum of 24 months of NICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Recent Level III or Level IV NICU experience required
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification from an approved vendor
• Valid driver's license required to verify residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• NICU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
