Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in a 60-bed NICU with patient ratios of 2–3:1
Utilize Philips monitoring equipment and document patient care using Meditech and Centricity Perinatal systems
Adhere to rotating weekend and holiday scheduling requirements
Float to comparable high-need areas as directed by unit floating policy
Follow unit dress code requirements including approved scrub colors (navy, ceil blue, any shade of grey, or white) with no long sleeves, watches, rings, or nail polish
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience
Current BLS certification
Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
Current S.T.A.B.L.E. certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with Philips patient monitoring systems
Familiarity with Meditech and/or Centricity Perinatal documentation platforms
