Minimum 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
Current BLS, NRP/NALS, and STABLE certifications required
Proficiency with Epic charting system
Must reside more than 75 miles from the contracted facility — local candidates are not eligible
Valid driver's license or state-issued ID, plus a utility bill in the traveler's name with a matching address dated within the last three months, required for compliance verification
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience floating across multiple units or facilities within a large health system
Familiarity with travel nursing compliance requirements and documentation standards
