Travel Nurse RN - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Philadelphia, PA

Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for sick neonates in a Level III NICU setting across a 41-bed unit
• Operate and monitor advanced respiratory support equipment including conventional ventilators, high-frequency jet ventilators, high-frequency oscillators, CPAP, high-flow nasal cannula, and nitric oxide
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:2 or 1:1, with the possibility of a 1:3 ratio in low-acuity cases
• Deliver care across all aspects of NICU practice, excluding surgical and cardiac cases
• Float to the Well Baby Nursery as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience is a plus, though not required
• Weekend availability preferred but not required
• Experience with advanced neonatal respiratory modalities
