Contract | Days | 4x12 Hours (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:1 and/or 1:2 in accordance with unit needs
• Complete facility orientation modules as required by specialty
• Adhere to facility dress code and professional standards at all times
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to support neonatal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Valid California RN License required at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
• COVID vaccination status required at time of submission
• Must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing 1:1 and 1:2 patient ratios in a NICU environment
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
