Travel Nurse RN - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Richmond, VA

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
• Complete required orientation modules during the first week of assignment
• Float within scope of practice as needed across applicable units
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC electronic health records
• Adhere to facility policies including natural nail policy and all compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of NICU RN experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Active RN license in Virginia or a compact state — must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• EPIC charting experience required — no exceptions
• 2 professional references required
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted at the same rate — no radius restrictions

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Experience floating within scope across multiple unit types
