Travel Nurse RN - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Rochester, NY

Registered Nurse – NICU (Level 2)

Rochester, NY

Contract (8 weeks, with possible extension) | Rotating Days and Nights (3x12-hour shifts, 7:00–19:00 / 19:00–7:00) | Rotating Weekends | Onsite

• Provide direct patient care in a Level 2 NICU setting, supporting neonates 33 weeks gestational age and above
• Perform baby catches in the OR for C-section cases as required
• Float to Postpartum unit as needed to provide newborn care
• Accurately document all patient care activities using EPIC electronic health records
• Participate in rotating weekend coverage as part of the standard schedule

• Active, unencumbered New York State RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum of 1 year of NICU nursing experience
• Proficiency with EPIC charting (hard requirement)
• Ability to float to Postpartum/Baby Care as needed
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility

• Experience in a Women's Health service line or similar care environment
• Familiarity with OR support roles, including neonatal resuscitation during C-section deliveries
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
