    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – NICU

    Location

    Seattle, WA

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Level III or Level IV NICU, supporting neonates as early as 23–24 weeks gestation
    • Operate and monitor advanced respiratory equipment including CPAP/BiPAP, High Frequency Ventilators, Oscillators, and conventional ventilators
    • Administer blood and blood products, manage PICC/central lines, syringe pumps, feeding tubes, and cooling/warming blankets
    • Attend high-risk deliveries and support neonatal surgical cases
    • Perform cardioversion and defibrillation as clinically indicated
    • Float to alternate campuses or care for newborns in a step-down or pediatric setting on a rare, as-needed basis
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; active compact license accepted
    • Minimum of 3 years of NICU experience
    • Experience in a Level III or Level IV NICU setting
    • Proficiency with advanced neonatal respiratory support equipment
    • Willingness to float to different campuses as needed
    • Must meet compliance requirements including 2 professional references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience attending high-risk deliveries and neonatal surgical procedures
    • Familiarity with step-down or special care nursery (SCN) environments
    • Comfort working a block schedule of 3 or more consecutive shifts
