    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified NICU RN in Spokane, Washington, 99204!

    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – NICU

    Location

    Spokane, WA

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Weekends Required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit setting within a short-term acute care facility
    • Maintain patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 depending on patient acuity and unit needs
    • Utilize Epic for all clinical documentation and charting
    • Participate in weekend coverage on a variable schedule as required
    • Float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility as needed
    • Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
    • Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience required
    • Prior travel nursing experience required
    • Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify under travel compliance guidelines
    • Must be able to commit to all requested time off and scheduling preferences upfront at time of submission
    • Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in a teaching hospital environment
    • Familiarity with high-acuity neonatal care across varying patient ratios
    • Previous experience in a Level II Trauma or Level II Pediatric Trauma Center setting
