Travel Nurse RN - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Vancouver, WA

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a NICU setting across two facility locations in Washington and Oregon
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for neonatal patients and their families
• Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Adhere to all facility compliance, competency, and credentialing requirements prior to and during the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of NICU nursing experience
• Active Oregon and Washington RN license, or active Compact RN license (Oregon license or proof of application and fingerprinting required at time of submission)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advanced certification
• Proficiency with Epic EMR (required for all submissions)
• Must not reside within 50 miles of any facility in the health system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) highly preferred
• Professional reference from a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Manager within the past year
