Registered Nurse – NICU
LocationVancouver, WA (with float to Oregon facility)
Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12 Hours (19:00–07:30)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
- Float between two facility locations across Washington and Oregon as assigned
- Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation and patient management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, high-quality neonatal care
- Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including pre-start modules, competencies, and skills testing
Required Qualifications- Minimum 1 year of NICU nursing experience
- Active Oregon and Washington RN license, or active Compact RN license (Oregon license or proof of application and fingerprinting required at time of submission)
- Current BLS certification
- NRP Advanced certification
- Proficiency with Epic EMR (required for all submissions)
- Must not reside within 50 miles of any facility in the health system
Preferred Experience / Skills- ECMO experience highly preferred
- Professional reference from a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Manager within the past year
