Schedule / Job TypeContract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
- Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns throughout the shift
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information and care activities accurately using electronic health record systems
- Communicate effectively with families regarding patient status and care
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Prior NICU nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills- Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
- Experience with OBix, Voalte, and/or Hugs systems
