Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Every Other Weekend
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
- Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns and premature infants
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by the care team
- Support and educate families on neonatal care and patient progress
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan or compact eligibility
- Current BLS certification
- Prior NICU nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts including every other weekend
Preferred Experience / Skills- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Experience in a Level III or Level IV NICU environment
