The nurse will handle overflow intermediate patients and manage spine surgery cases. Care will involve monitoring post-surgical patients and assisting with various neurological interventions. The candidate is expected to work weekends, with a commitment to complete 8 shifts in six weeks. Regular floating may be required between departments and units as needed. The staffing ratios will be maintained at 1:5 for all shifts. Compliance with all hospital protocols and procedures is necessary for the effective delivery of patient care. The nurse must have a thorough understanding of patient assessments and documentation processes. Successful applicants will also need to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
