This role involves clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research and evidence-based practice. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the Level 2 Registered Nurse assumes an expanded role. Responsibilities may include charge nurse duties, preceptor roles, and participation in committee work. Candidates must have telemetry experience and a valid Client RN license. BLS certification is required from the American Heart Association. The position requires two years of Med Surg experience and NIHSS certification.
