This role requires an understanding of clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research. The Level II Registered Nurse may assume expanded responsibilities, which can include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member duties. Telemetry experience is required for this position. The nurse must maintain a current Client RN license. BLS certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory. The nurse should also possess NIHSS certification.
