Travel Nurse RN - Neuro - $2,398 per week in Fargo, ND

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: Med Surg Neuro Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day/Night Rotate Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent medical-surgical nursing experience in a large hospital setting License: Active RN License (North Dakota or Compact) Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Min 1 year recent medical-surgical nursing experience in a large hospital setting, 250+ beds Travel experience including successful completion Level 1 trauma experience Active RN License (North Dakota or Compact) BLS - must be AHA certified Willingness to float to all units/locations as needed EPIC experience Strong medical-surgical experience, neuro preferred but not required Description: The primary responsibility includes conducting assessments, documentation, completing nursing tasks, and administering medications. Experience is preferred with neuro patients, but not required. Candidates must have experience working in a large hospital setting with a minimum of 200 beds. Nurses will be required to float to various medical-surgical units as needed. The unit has a 32 bed capacity with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 4-5:1 on day shift and 6:1 on night shift. The schedule may include every other weekend and holiday. Nurses may work inconsistent schedules and will not frequently rotate between day and night shifts. Scrub color is navy blue. All clinicians must badge in and out of the facility. Candidates must note any previous employment with the organization, ensuring an end date of 6 months prior to submission.
