Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality critical care to patients in a 19-bed mixed ICU/Step-Down unit
- Manage neuro patients and care for external ventricular drain and EBD drain management
- Float between the ICU and PMCU to support patient needs at a 3:1 ratio
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in Epic
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Support trauma, vascular, and cardiothoracic patient populations as required
