SHIFT: Days 7A-7P; Nights 7P-7A; every other weekend.

AUTO OFFER POSITION
MAX AMOUNT OF RTO: Can accommodate up to 1 week time pre-approved time off
GH: 72 Bi-Weekly or 96 Bi-Weekly is an option
CALL REQUIREMENTS: None
FLOATING REQUIRED: Any other med-surg or tele units
BLOCK SCHEDULING: Block schedule accepted as long as it accommodates every other weekend.
REQUIREMENTS:
**RN IN licensure
**ACLS, BLS, BLS, NIHSS - Can obtain during 1st week of orientation
REQUIRED SKILLS: Keen neuro assessments, critical thinking skills, drain management
**1-2 years' experience
EMR: Cerner
SCOPE OF ROLE: Higher med-surg acuity with post op spinal surgeries and level 2 trauma patients and level 1 trauma post-ICU care. Stroke patients and other diagnoses like DKA, renal failure, and general post op care

NUMBER OF BEDS IN UNIT: 24
MONTHLY DEPT. VOLUME: 24
PATIENT RATIO: 5:1 OR 6:1
TRAVELERS SUBMITTED MUST ATTACH REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS OR WILL BE REJECTED
MUST INCLUDE DRIVER'S LICENSE /PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS ON THE SUBMISSION - ADDRESS MUST MATCH ID
TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY – LOCAL CANDIDATES NOT ACCEPTED
