Neuroendovascular OR Registered Nurse (RN)
Position Overview
Ascension St. Vincent’s Riverside in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) with a strong background in Neurovascular and complex Neurosurgical procedures.
This is a specialized opportunity for an OR RN who is comfortable working in a high-acuity surgical environment and has hands-on experience with complex cranial, neurovascular, and spine procedures.

- Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly Hours: 36–40 hours/week
- On-Call: No
- Experience Required: 2+ years of Neurovascular experience
- Specialty: Operating Room / Neurovascular
Required Neuro Experience
Candidates must have at least 2 years of Neurovascular OR experience and be comfortable with complex neurological procedures, including:
- Transsphenoidal Pituitary Surgery
- LITT (Laser Interstitial Thermal Therapy)
- GammaTile Brachytherapy Implantation
- Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS)
- Complex Cranial Procedures
- Complex Spine Procedures
This assignment is best suited for an experienced OR RN with a strong Neuro background rather than a general OR nurse without significant Neuro experience.
Schedule
- Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly Hours: 36–40 hours
- On-Call: No
- Holiday Requirement: Any holiday that falls on the employee's regularly scheduled shift will be worked
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced OR RN with a minimum of 2 years of Neurovascular experience who is confident working with complex cranial and spine procedures. Strong Neuro OR experience is essential for this assignment.
