Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) patients, ensuring safety and quality standards.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and operate medical equipment such as Medfusion pumps and GE monitors.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Document patient progress accurately in the electronic medical record system (Meditech/CPN).
Follow unit policies, including dress code standards and infection control practices.
Maintain compassionate interaction with patients and families.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience.
Current nursing license (RN).
BLS certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience in NICU settings.
Familiarity with using advanced NICU equipment and procedures.
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and staff teams.
