Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nursing position in Medford, Oregon. This role involves providing specialized care to neonatal patients in an acute care setting. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team working in a Level 2 trauma environment, delivering high-quality clinical services in a fast-paced unit.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Licensure to submit; willingness to wait for licensure; minimum of 2 years of experience in neonatal intensive care nursing; BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification; location in the United States with Oregon licensure (applicants without Oregon licensure can apply and be eligible for a 90-day temporary license)
  • Preferred Qualifications: None specified
  • Float: Float rotation may be required
  • Additional Information:
    • Local candidates are not accepted; a 50-mile radius restriction applies
    • Call-off policy allows cancellation up to 24 hours within every 13-week period
    • 12 hours of non-billable orientation are provided during the first work week; orientation hours are not guaranteed
    • Charting system used is EPIC
    • Shift notes indicate eow (every other week) required; hospital accepts applicants starting August 24, 2026
