As a NICU RN, you will be responsible for providing specialized care for neonates and infants in a Level III NICU setting. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess and manage complex medical conditions, ensuring the highest quality of care for vulnerable patients. Your role includes monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and supporting families during critical times.
