Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse position based in Detroit, Michigan. This role involves providing direct clinical care to neonatal patients on a per-shift basis, supervising staff, and supporting the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. The position requires overseeing clinical staff competency and resource management to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Certifications, relevant educational background, and licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). No minimum years of experience required.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous NICU experience and neonatal nursing certifications are a plus.
  • Additional Information: The NICU Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for neonatal patients. The role includes supervising assigned staff and ensuring adherence to facility standards. The position begins on 08/17/2026.
