Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse position available in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This opportunity involves providing specialized care to micropreemies and critically ill neonates within a Level III NICU setting. The role requires working night shifts and offers a chance to support infants with complex medical needs in a dynamic, Level II Trauma Center environment.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS certification, NRP certification, 1-2 years of experience in a Level III NICU, experience with neonatal respiratory support including CPAP, nitrate oxide, and ventilated infants, delivery room experience
  • Preferred Qualifications: STABLE certification, experience with neonatal transport (preferred)
  • Support on the Unit: CNA 1:18, phlebotomy for lab draws, charge nurse responsibility, bedside telemonitoring and nurses station telemonitoring (without tele tech), in-house neonatologist and nurse practitioner 24/7, clinical documentation in EPIC, use of Alaris infusion pumps, Pyxis medication dispensing system
  • Orientation: General hospital orientation and 1 shift on the NICU unit, floating may include PEDS to care for NICU babies
  • Scheduling: Weekend rotation every other weekend, no call, up to 7 days off approval
  • Additional Notes: Scrub color flexible, parking is free
