o Day Shift – 1 CNC, RNs # depend on volume for the shift; 1 Unit Secretary Mon-Fri
o Night Shift – 1 CNC, RNs # depend on volume for the shift
· Patient Ratios – Level 2 (1:2-3) Level 3 (1:3-4)

Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· Recent NICU experience, including care of premature and critically ill neonates
· Competency with neonatal respiratory support, IV/central line management, medication administration, and neonatal monitoring
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· Level III/IV NICU experience and high-risk delivery attendance
· Experience with ventilators, CPAP, high-frequency ventilation, PICC/UVC/UAC lines, and neonatal resuscitation
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· Neonatal resuscitation, respiratory support, feeding tube placement, IV/central line care, and blood draws
· Phototherapy, medication/infusion administration, thermoregulation, and management of critically ill neonates
Best personality Fit:
· Calm under pressure, compassionate, detail-oriented, team-focused, adaptable, and able to communicate effectively with families
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
· Active RN license, BLS, and NRP; additional certifications per facility requirements
