Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse in Morristown, New Jersey. Job Details:
- Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred. Must have a minimum of 2 years of travel experience, Level 3 or Level 4 experience. Certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS), Registered Nurse (RN) license, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse (RNC-NIC) certification preferred.
- Schedule: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., minimum of 36 hours weekly.
- Additional Information: The role involves performing thorough assessments of neonatal patients, supporting both pre and post-operative care, and ensuring documentation adheres to clinical guidelines. Responsibilities include patient education, safety protocols, and contributing to the perioperative team, with a focus on individualized patient care tailored to neonatal conditions.
