Job Requirements

• Active New York RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of registered nurse experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• NRP 8th edition certification required
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Epic experience highly desired
• Ability to work rotating shifts and support NICU unit coverage needs

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality neonatal nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition in a high-acuity NICU environment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes
• Deliver specialized neonatal intensive care in accordance with unit standards and best practices
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate clearly with the care team
• Support assigned charge, callback, on-call, and weekend/holiday coverage as needed
