Job Description:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for supporting interhospital transport of neonatal and pediatric patients via ground or air. They are expected to manage airways, administer vasoactive drips, non-invasive ventilation, respiratory medications, and IV/IO access amongst other tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Support interhospital transport via ground or air
• Manage airway and administer vasoactive drips/infusion
• Perform non-invasive ventilation (Bipap/HFNC)
• Administer respiratory inhaled medications
• Establish IV/IO access

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in PEDS ED/PICU Level IV NICU
• At least 1 year of experience in each, plus 3 years of neonatal/peds transport experience within the last 5 years
• WA state license, BLS, PALS, NRP
• TNCC and STABLE certifications are preferred
