Job Overview
The NICU RN will provide specialized care to premature and critically ill newborns in a high-acuity neonatal setting. This role requires strong assessment skills, attention to detail, and confidence caring for complex neonatal patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to premature and critically ill infants
• Monitor respiratory, cardiac, and neurological status
• Manage IV therapy, medications, and feeding support
• Assist with ventilators, CPAP, oxygen therapy, and other neonatal equipment
• Recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with neonatologists and the interdisciplinary team
• Support and educate parents and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Recent NICU RN experience
• Active RN license for the assignment state
• Current BLS
• Current NRP
• Strong neonatal assessment and critical-care experience
• Previous travel experience preferred
