Patient Population: Newborn to geriatric
Duties: Assessments, care planning, medications, IVs, treatments and patient education
Responsibilities: Monitor patient conditions, report changes, coordinate care and supervise LPNs/support staff
Documentation: Evaluate and document patient progress
Focus: Patient-centered, safe and evidence-based nursing care
Other: Quality improvement, continuing education and collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams
License: Massachusetts RN license required
