The manager will conduct patient service recovery efforts and escalate staff issues as needed. Duties also encompass rounding on patients, addressing day-to-day operational issues, managing workloads, and ensuring adequate supplies for physicians. This role will oversee a significant number of full-time equivalent staff across various units.
