Yes Contract Length: 13 weeks Shifts: Days Shift Details: Flexible Weekly Schedule: 36 Hours Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Preferred Education: Master’s Degree
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.

Mandatory Experience:
Nurse Manager, Cardiac Cath Lab
Flexible start times 7a - 9a
Temp to perm opportunity
Must have exp. with complex medical centers/teaching institutions who ideally have experience leading cath labs and a structural heart program.
Must have exp. managing large volume, 4 - 5 labs min.
Must have Critical Care/High Risk Exp.
Must have minimum 5 years of management exp.
Required Skills & Experience:
5 years of experience in a cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology lab setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures, equipment, and protocols
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex operations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of driving innovation and improving clinical outcomes in high-volume cardiovascular settings.
