Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a 13-week contract assignment in a long-term care setting in Camden, Maine. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about providing high-quality patient care and supporting nursing staff.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure quality patient care and compliance with facility policies
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal resident outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as needed
- Respond to emergencies and provide clinical guidance
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Active RN license (Maine or compact state)
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Long-term care experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work evening shifts consistently
